The advantages of a 1-2-1 yoga therapy class is that the asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques)  and meditation techniques are chosen according to your individual constitution, this takes into account your ayurvedic constitution, your age, physical and physiological factors and lifestyle.

The 1-2-1 starts with a postural assessment where the areas of tension in the body are individuated. Using this as a base and on the basis of other physical and / or physiological conditions a series of asanas (body postures) are chosen.

The asana (postures), pranayama (breathing tecniques) and meditation techniques are taught according to the experience of the practitioner and according to the ayurvedic constitution.

At the end of the session you will be able to perform a tailor made, daily yoga routine comprising of asana, pranayama and meditation correctly. This will fit in easily into your daily routine as this is one of the many factors taken into account when devising a specialised routine just for you.
