I’m a London based yoga teacher and body work/massage therapist offering yoga to people who want to achieve balance and harmony in their life and maximize their mental, emotional and physical health and well being.
Private Yoga Teaching
I will come to your house at a time convenient to you and will teach you one to one so you can deepen your yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. The Yoga class I teach is Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga influenced, on a practical level, by the teaching of the Bihar School of Yoga (Swami Satyananda saraswati) and the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (Desikachar) but also influenced by Ayurveda, Tantra (Sri Vidya/Kashmiri Shivaism) and Advaita Vedanta. It’s adaptable to the need of the individual and include dynamic and static Asana (yoga poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mudra, Bandha and meditation techniques.

I’m also qualified as Yoga Therapist. This means I can work with you privately to work on specific areas of concern not just physical therapy, but with emotional blockages or mental stresses and anxieties too. Massage and Bodywork
Offered in the comfort of your own home I can offers a wide range of bodywork therapies including Thai massage, Ayurvedic Massage, Sports and Remedial Massage, as well as Indian Head, Thai Foot Reflexology and Chi Nei Tsang. Combined with the correct yoga practice for you the two work in tandem with each other.
